Veterans Home Search

12 04 2008

Veterans of the U.S. Military now have a real estate website dedicated exclusively for themselves and their families.

Over the course of 2008, you will begin hearing about “Veterans MLS” (aka www.veteransmls.com) and its sister site Veterans Real Estate Online (aka www.veteransrealestate-online.com) and we hope you will help pass the word about the existence of these two sites, which is designed to assist our Veterans who are on active duty, been honorably discharged, or have retired, and intend to buy or sell a real estate property anywhere in the United States.

Veterans MLS is a FREE service for Veterans and their Real Estate Agents to list homes they may have for sell themselves.  Other sites charge anywhere from $25-50 for a 1-2 month listing.

Last night we saw a site charging $150 fo 6 months.  Again our website for Veterans to advertise their homes for sale is absolutely FREE —

All we ask is you share the website address with everyone you know so we can get these homes SOLD and help our veterans any way we can.  That is what this is all about!

For more information, visit www.veteransmls.com or www.veteransrealestate-online.com.

What is the market like in Seattle?

11 04 2008

Prices did drop but let’s not forget, homeowners sometimes are forced to drop their price to compete with builders who have inventory levels which could make or break their futures.  Over all, there is a general feeling we may have bottom out in Great Puget Sound region and we are seeing a gradual path up the pricing scale, but at a slower pace.

Veterans, how is it in your area?  (and if you have any questions, click NEW POST at the top of the page and add your question)…..others, feel free to click the comment button anytime and add your input to a specific post.  ENJOY – learn – share.

Veterans & Real Estate Professionals!

9 04 2008

Welcome to the Veterans Real Estate Weblog.
Jot down or bookmark this URL for future reference:

www.veteransrealestate.wordpress.com.

This blog has been created exclusively for your benefit and to make
you aware of two leading portals that exist for Veterans Real Estate:

                               www.veteransrealestate-online.com and www.veteransmls.com.

If you are a U.S. Military Veteran (on active duty, honorably discharged or retired), then you need to check out these sites.  If you are a Veterans who has a home you wish to sell, you can LIST your HOME for FREE at www.VeteransMLS.com.    And Veterans who are buyers, need to visit this site at www.VeteransMLS.com as well.

And, Real Estate Agents who work with buyers and sellers who are U.S. Military veterans, the site enables you to list up to 10 FREE listings over a 6 month period.

Its FREE because it’s our way of saying thanks to the thousands of men and women in our armed forces(past and present), who have given so much of themselves and their families in personal sacrafice and hardship in defense of our country!

And if you head over to www.VeteransRealEstate-Online.com, this site was designed for Veterans to find Real Estate Professionals (an agent, a loan officer, or a home inspector), and home search over 3+million properties located throughout the 50 U.S. states, and another 2+ million in countries around the world!

This weblog, we hope, will serve as a Question and Answer forum for both Veterans and real estate professionals to address real estate as it applies to Veterans.  We encourage both entities to make good use of this blog as it was placed here for you to use.
